Dr. Sonya H. Cha

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2011 with a Master of Science degree from Fuller Theological Seminary School of Psychology. I also obtained my Ph.D. in Performance Psychology at Grand Canyon University. I am a CEO and founder of Center For Integrated Care a group private practice organization with a team of mental health therapists and a nurse practitioner for psychiatry services. My specialty includes Trauma focused treatment, couples therapy, family therapy, Christian Counseling, and individual therapy. I am bilingual Korean speaking and enjoy participating in activities with my husband and four children.

My passion is to unearth potential and optimize capacities for people so that they can live healthier lives. I have over 10 years working with multi-ethnic communities and churches to improve relationships, careers, spirituality, mental health, and more.
